If you are billing on the HCFA 1500 you must have Form Type at the right of the screen set to HCFA to access this tab.

Entering Visits > HCFA Items

Enter Outside Lab information, Hospitalization Dates, applicable data for Blocks 10d and 19, Medicaid Resubmission information and Reference Number and Date of Similar Illness on this screen to print in applicable fields on the HCFA-1500 [aka. CMS 1500]
